Everything we do or say is personal reflection of ourselves

People can only give hate if they have hate in there hearts

If they call you names

Its only because they call themselves those names

If they put you down

Its only because they put themselves down

If they degrade you its because they degrade themselves

Its all they know how to do

So don’t take anything personally

Incorrect remarks on email

Don’t take them personally

Back chat about how your drive, cook or do anything

Don’t take it personally

Anything that happens around you

Don’t take it personally

Everyone lives in their own head

They do things because they are stuck in their own world

In there own my mind

Don’t take things personally

All you can do is make responsible choices,

How others react to those choices

If I can master this

Then I can try anything and not worry about,

People laughing at me

Calling me names

Their opinions of me

Not my parents

My brothers

My friends

Or my family

I will not take anything personally
